About the Opportunity

A well-established and growing CPA firm in East Tucson is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their collaborative accounting team. This is a direct-hire, 100% onsite role offering long-term stability, strong benefits, and a healthy work-life balance—no mandatory overtime during tax season.

You’ll work closely with firm partners and a team of experienced bookkeepers in a supportive environment that values accuracy, efficiency, and professional growth.

What You’ll Do
Perform high-volume data entry and bank reconciliations
Code checks and prepare journal entries
Produce basic financial statements
Prepare sales and use tax returns
Collaborate with partners and fellow bookkeepers across multiple client accounts
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of bookkeeping experience
Public accounting experience or an accounting degree is a plus
Strong proficiency in Excel and Word
Excellent data entry skills and strong attention to detail
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
