About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Bookkeeper to join our CPA firm. This role involves managing financial records for 20+ clients monthly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong QuickBooks experience, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Prepare and post journal entries
Perform account reconciliations
Assist in financial reporting
Support tax preparation during tax season
Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Provide on-site client assistance as needed


Qualifications:

Proven experience in bookkeeping with GL and JE
Proficiency in QuickBooks; Sage or NetSuite a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple companies efficiently
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently and in a team
Flexibility for overtime during tax season


Technical Skills:

QuickBooks and accounting software expertise
Accurate and efficient data entry
Financial statement preparation
Solid understanding of accounting principles


Soft Skills:

Clear and professional communication
Strong time management
Critical thinking and adaptability
High level of accuracy and integrity
