Established law firm located in Downtown are seeking an experienced Legal Bookkeeper/ Billing to join their team. This is a direct-hire, in-office position with excellent stability
Key Responsibilities
Handle legal billing accurately and efficiently (primary responsibility)
Perform light bookkeeping duties
Trust account balancing and reconciliation
Open new client matters
Conduct conflict checks
Maintain and manage spreadsheets and financial records
Support general accounting and administrative functions as needed
Qualifications
Required: Prior legal billing experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial data
Experience with trust accounting and legal accounting procedures
CPA not required
Ability to work independently in an in-office environment
