Bookkeeper – Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (NetSuite Required)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience to join a growing team. This role requires hands-on experience using NetSuite and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting functions accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
-Process invoices, payments, and billing in NetSuite
-Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
-Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
-Assist with month-end closing and reporting
-Communicate with vendors and internal teams as needed
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in bookkeeping with AP/AR responsibilities
-NetSuite experience is required
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
-Proficient with accounting principles and best practices
Compensation:
$60,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience
