-We’re hiring a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Bookkeeping Account Manager to support a growing client portfolio across California’s Central Coast. This predominantly remote role requires strong QuickBooks Online expertise, exceptional tech-savviness, and proven account management skills—you’ll juggle multiple clients, deadlines, and financial reviews with accuracy and confidence. In this role, you will review monthly financials, support the bookkeeping team in meeting deadlines, and act as a key relationship manager for clients. You’ll communicate financial insights, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain high levels of client satisfaction while partnering closely with leadership.
Must-Haves:
• Bilingual in Spanish
• QuickBooks Online proficiency and strong technical aptitude
• Prior account management experience with multitasking across multiple clients
• Ability to commute to Ventura/Santa Barbara as needed
