Key Responsibilities
• Data entry and bank reconciliations
• Code checks and prepare journal entries
• Produce basic financial statements
• Prepare sales and use tax returns
• Work closely with partners and a team of experienced Bookkeepers
• Manage accounting tasks for multiple clients/entities
Qualifications
• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong job stability and tenure required
• Experience working with multiple companies/entities strongly preferred
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Strong data entry, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Public accounting experience and/or an accounting degree is a plus
