Job Summary

A well-established and growing manufacturing company in Delaware County, PA is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Desktop skills for a full-time, temporary-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and contributing to a stable, team-focused workplace.

The Bookkeeper will support key financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, invoicing, payments, deposits, and general bookkeeping functions. Key Responsibilities

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.
- Reconcile bank statements, financial accounts, invoices, payments, and deposits.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop.
- Assist with general bookkeeping, accounting support, and financial documentation.
- Review transactions for accuracy, completeness, and proper coding.
- Support a smooth month-to-month accounting workflow in a manufacturing office environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $26.50 to $27.50 per hour.
- Job type: Temporary-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Work location: Onsite in Delaware County, PA.
- Some schedule flexibility is available.
- Excellent benefits are available when hired permanently by the client.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Process AP, AR, invoices, payments, and deposits.
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Desktop.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Support general bookkeeping and accounting functions.

- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop is required.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently in an onsite office environment.
- Experience supporting accounting functions in a manufacturing or operations-based environment is helpful.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
- Experience working in a small to mid-sized business where responsibilities may include a mix of accounting and administrative support.
- Long-term interest in a temporary-to-hire opportunity with growth potential.
