We’re looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations and keep everything running smoothly. If you’re detail-oriented and love working with numbers, this is a great opportunity!

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping (A/P, A/R, reconciliations)
Maintain accurate financial records
Prepare reports (P&L, cash flow, etc.)
Process payments, deposits, and transactions
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations

QuickBooks Desktop (required)
Strong Microsoft Outlook skills

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations, including A/P, A/R, reconciliations, deposits, payments, and transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support general ledger activity.
- Prepare financial reporting, including P&L and cash flow reports.
- Ensure accounting accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- 3 to 5 years of bookkeeping or full charge bookkeeping experience.
- Required experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
- Strong Microsoft Outlook skills.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping procedures, and financial recordkeeping.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize daily accounting tasks, and take ownership of financial operations.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism when working with internal teams, vendors, and business contacts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience preparing recurring financial reports for leadership or management review.
- Prior experience in accounting, auditing, or professional services environments.
- Ability to identify process improvements and help maintain efficient bookkeeping workflows.
