Bookkeeper
Location: Greeley, CO
Pay: $21–$24 per hour (DOE)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support daily financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the smooth operation of a busy office.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Prepare and post journal entries
Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
Generate financial reports and assist with month-end close
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoices and payments
Qualifications
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday
