About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-driven Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate financial records. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process payroll and manage payroll tax filings
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Maintain general ledger and post journal entries
Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, etc.)
Assist with month-end and year-end close
Qualifications:
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
Experience with QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of payroll processing and compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
