About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations in a detail-driven office environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, accurate with numbers, and comfortable managing multiple accounting tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
Handle expense tracking, data entry, and document organization
Support payroll processing and other accounting functions as needed
Qualifications
Previous bookkeeping experience is required
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
