What You’ll Do:
As our Bookkeeper, you’ll be responsible for keeping accurate financial records and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your work will directly support informed decision-making and overall business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Use accounting software to record, store, and analyze financial data
Verify figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and proper coding
Maintain financial records by classifying, recording, and summarizing data
Manage accounts by debiting, crediting, and reconciling transactions
Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently
Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies
Process cash, checks, and vouchers, ensuring proper documentation
Prepare financial, statistical, and accounting reports
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
Maintain organized and accurate documentation of all financial activities

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
