This fully onsite Bookkeeper role in Issaquah is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting work, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. The position supports daily financial operations and ensures clean, reliable accounting records for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable with accuracy and timeliness
Process invoices, payments, deposits, and expense reports
Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close
Support payroll processing and timekeeping review
Track budgets, vendor accounts, and recurring payments
Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
Qualifications:
3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
Strong proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Solid Excel skills and comfort with data entry
High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working onsite full-time
