Job Title: Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant (Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire)
Pay: $23+/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time
We are currently recruiting for Bookkeepers and Accounting Assistants for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing and reputable company. This is a great opportunity for accounting professionals looking to join a stable organization with long-term potential.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
Assist with month-end close
Prepare invoices and manage billing
Support payroll processing (as needed)
Provide administrative support to the accounting team
Qualifications:
1+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational and communication skills
