Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank and credit card statements, maintain the general ledger, assist with month-end close, prepare financial reports, support payroll and vendor payments, and keep organized filing systems.
Must have proven bookkeeping experience, strong proficiency in both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, solid accounting knowledge, and excellent organizational skills. Must live nearby and be able to commute easily.
