AppleOne is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support multiple business clients with full-cycle accounting services. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys working independently, and excels at maintaining accurate financial records.

What You'll Do:
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for assigned clients
Maintain organized, audit-ready financial documentation
Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, and general ledger transactions
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual bank and credit card reconciliations
Prepare and review financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Income Statements
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively
Attend occasional client meetings as needed
Use accounting software and tools efficiently
Minimal client-site travel required (reliable transportation needed)
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles, including debits/credits
Expertise with QuickBooks Online (QuickBooks Desktop, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, Divvy are a plus)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Adaptability to new systems, software, and workflows
Team-oriented mindset with strong client-service focus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to ongoing growth
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
