A well-established and growing CPA firm in East Tucson is looking for their next Bookkeeper to join a collaborative and supportive team. This is a direct-hire opportunity where you’ll work closely with experienced partners and a large bookkeeping department—without the long tax-season overtime typical of many firms.

What You’ll Be Doing
Working alongside firm partners and a team of 20+ Bookkeepers
Performing data entry and bank reconciliations
Coding checks and preparing journal entries
Producing basic financial statements
Preparing sales and use tax returns
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of bookkeeping experience
Public accounting experience and/or a related degree is a plus
Strong proficiency in Excel and Word
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable learning and using technology
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and adapt as priorities change
