We’re looking for a detail-driven Full Charge Bookkeeper who can take ownership of the full accounting cycle and support a growing manufacturing operation. In this role, you’ll maintain accurate financial records, oversee daily accounting transactions, and partner with leadership to provide financial insights that drive smart decisions and operational efficiency. What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle accounting including A/P, A/R, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Process payroll and ensure compliance with wage, tax, and reporting requirements
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
Maintain financial documentation for audits and tax filings; coordinate with external accountants
Support budgeting and forecasting with accurate data and analysis
Maintain accurate inventory and fixed asset records
Monitor vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly

What You Bring
Required
3+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience (manufacturing experience a plus)
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
Solid understanding of GAAP, payroll processing, and tax requirements
Excellent organization, accuracy, and attention to detail

Preferred
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience with manufacturing accounting practices and inventory systems
Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or similar credential
ERP and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, formulas)
