We are currently recruiting an experienced Bookkeeper.
Responsibilities: Manage all accounts payable and receivable functions Handle bank and credit card reconciliations Process payroll and related tax filings Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements Assist with budgeting and forecasting Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations Work with CPA on year-end close and audits Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) and Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of GAAP and standard accounting practices Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Strong communication and interpersonal skills Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
$19 - $24 per hour. Benefit package.
