We are currently recruiting experienced Bookkeepers for a local company.
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with financial reporting. This role is essential in ensuring our business operations run smoothly and in compliance with financial policies.

Key Responsibilities
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
Process payroll and maintain employee records (if applicable)
Prepare financial statements and reports for management
Assist with budgeting and financial planning
Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Work with CPA or external accountants during audits or tax preparation

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accounting clerk, or similar role
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
Strong knowledge of Excel and financial reporting
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
Strong communication and time-management skills
Pay $ 18.00 - $23.00
