A multifaceted business is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to start immediately, with an initial commitment of 10 hours per week during the training period. This role requires someone with a solid bookkeeping and accounting foundation, along with strong data analysis skills and an executive assistant mindset. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, dependable, adaptable, and able to take initiative and work independently from day one. A strong focus on ROI and the ability to take ownership of tasks is essential. Proficiency in both Excel and QuickBooks is required. As familiarity with the company grows and workflow becomes more efficient, the position has the potential to expand in scope and hours. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility, and the role is fully on-site.
