We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with at least 4 years of hands-on experience to join our client’s growing team. This role is crucial to ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of the company’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Process payroll, including employee deductions and benefits
Prepare and file sales tax returns accurately and on time
Maintain up-to-date and well-organized financial records
Generate financial reports and summaries for management
Support year-end close processes and assist with audits as needed
Qualifications:
4+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP
Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
