AppleOne is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Accountant with bookkeeping and tax experience to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified candidate to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Bookkeeping/Accounting: Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements.
Budgeting: Assist with the budgeting process, including preparation and distribution of annual budgets.
General Ledger Review: Review the general ledger for unusual variances and ensure financial accuracy.
Journal Entries: Prepare reclassifications, accruals, and journal entries.
Audit Support: Support annual audits by gathering necessary documents and communicating with auditors.
Client Meetings: Communicate effectively with clients, investors, and other stakeholders (as assigned).
Staff Guidance: Provide guidance and support to the accounting staff.
Special Projects: Participate in special projects as needed.
Tax Season: Work in a public accounting firm with overtime during tax season.
Compensation:

Great pay DOE (Depends on Experience)
Hours: Mon to Fri 8 to 5 OT during Tax Seasons
