Job Description

Data Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage logistics processes related to orders in Bonded and FTZ warehouses. This role will be responsible for overseeing inbound/outbound operations, tracking and updating order statuses, and ensuring smooth order management. Experience with Magaya – Ace Link or similar warehouse management applications is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics activities.
Track, monitor, and update order statuses to ensure timely execution.
Utilize Magaya – Ace Link or similar WMS tools to manage logistics workflows.
Collaborate with internal teams, freight forwarders, and related partners.
Maintain accurate reports and documentation of order processes.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in freight forwarding operations or cargo-handling companies.
Strong knowledge of Bonded and FTZ operations.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Bilingual: English and Spanish required.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Saturday availability as needed.
