Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Bioprocess Manufacturing Technician for a temporary contract opportunity in De Soto, KS. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing or production experience who are interested in building hands-on skills in bioprocessing, sterile processing, and regulated manufacturing operations.

In this position, you will support antigen processing through centrifugation, equipment preparation, cleaning, sterilization, and accurate production documentation. Aseptic techniques can be taught on the job, making this a strong opportunity for dependable candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to quality.

This role offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule, supportive supervision, hands-on training, and the opportunity to contribute to critical production work in a highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities

- Operate centrifuges to process and concentrate antigen batches according to established procedures.
- Follow aseptic techniques, SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards to help prevent contamination.
- Prepare, clean, set up, and sterilize processing equipment used in production.
- Complete production records and documentation accurately using Good Documentation Practices.
- Support additional downstream processing, production preparation, cleaning, and related manufacturing activities as needed.
- Lift and move containers weighing up to 25 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 20 kg.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $20 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Contract type: Temporary.
- Location: De Soto, KS.
- Recruiting and retention bonus: Up to $1,000 total.
- $500 after 2 weeks of employment.
- $500 after 90 days of continuous employment.
