This role is ideal for someone with prior manufacturing experience, preferably in cGMP or cleanroom operations, who can follow detailed procedures, work safely with hazardous materials, and maintain high-quality standards in a biologics manufacturing environment.
Shift Details:
6PM - 6AM Fixed shift schedule. 36 hours the first week, 48 hours the next week, alternating.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and clean process equipment, including valves, hoses, clamps, and piping.
Prepare buffers, media, and reagents up to 2000L.
Monitor process parameters and escalate any abnormal conditions.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with cGMP procedures.
Sustain a clean and orderly work environment in classified areas.
Achieve and maintain proficiency through assigned training programs.
Follow all safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Handle and work safely with hazardous materials, including caustics, acids, and steam.
Perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior manufacturing experience required; experience in biologics, cGMP, or aseptic operations strongly preferred.
Ability to follow written instructions, perform minor math, and document results accurately.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Familiarity with basic computer tools and web-based applications.
Continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to contribute to quality and safety.
Willingness to work scheduled nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
