Bindery Operator (2 Openings Available)

We are seeking two skilled Bindery Operators to join our established print production team in Glendale. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who value quality, consistency, and teamwork.

Applicants should have hands-on experience in at least ONE of the following areas: Cutter, Folder, Perfect Binder, or Laminator.
Experience with Duplo, Polar, Morgana, or Bourg equipment is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate bindery equipment according to job specifications
Ensure quality and accuracy of finished products
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Work collaboratively to meet production deadlines
