Billing and Payroll Specialist - Oil & Gas Experience Needed

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing and Payroll Specialist to join our team. This position requires an experienced professional who can manage complex billing processes, payroll data entry, and revenue reporting with accuracy and efficiency. Candidates must have previous experience working within the oil and gas industry to be considered, as this background is essential for understanding our clients’ needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner

-Handle rebills, credits, and invoice adjustments as needed

-Review and reconcile monthly revenue generated by invoices

-Create purchase requisitions, obtain approvals, and submit proof of delivery

-Enter and maintain payroll data, including hours worked, vacation, and sick pay

-Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and project requests

-Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

-Previous oil and gas industry experience is required

-Proven experience in billing, payroll, and revenue reconciliation

-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

-Experience using Microsoft ERP systems (Dynamics, Business Central, or similar) preferred

-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under time constraints

-Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field
