AppleOne has partnered with a client in Irvine seeking an experienced Billing Specialist with strong construction and AIA billing knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit AIA billings (G702/G703) and lien waivers

Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation

Work with project managers to track job costs and percent complete

Ensure compliance with contract terms, retainage, and client requirements

Maintain organized billing records and assist with audits or inquiries

Qualifications:

Experience with construction billing and AIA documentation

Knowledge of contracts, change orders, and progress billing

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Sage, Viewpoint, Procore, or similar software
