Key Responsibilities

- Process customer billing accurately and within required deadlines.
- Review invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and related billing documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, customer inquiries, and account questions.
- Maintain organized billing records, supporting documentation, and customer account history.
- Coordinate with finance, sales, and internal departments to support timely billing resolution.
- Assist with month-end billing processes, Accounts Receivable activity, and collections-related follow-up as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: North Palm Beach, FL.
- Work Arrangement: In-office position.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Process accurate customer billing and support invoice review.
- Research billing discrepancies and respond to customer account questions.
- Support Accounts Receivable, collections follow-up, and month-end billing activity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and billing accuracy.

- 3-5 years of relevant billing, Accounts Receivable, accounting support, or finance experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review billing documents for accuracy.
- Comfortable communicating professionally with clients and internal teams by email.
- Ability to manage deadlines, organize documentation, and maintain accurate account records.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research discrepancies and follow through to resolution.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach in an in-office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a professional services or legal services environment.
- Familiarity with billing documentation such as invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and customer account records.
- Experience assisting with collections follow-up or month-end billing processes.
