Key Responsibilities

- Process customer billing accurately and within required deadlines.
- Review invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and related billing documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, customer inquiries, and account questions.
- Maintain organized billing records, documentation, and account history.
- Coordinate with finance, sales, and internal teams to support billing accuracy and timely issue resolution.
- Assist with month-end billing processes, Accounts Receivable activity, and collections-related follow-up as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: North Palm Beach, FL.
- Work Arrangement: In-office position.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Process customer invoices, billing adjustments, and account documentation accurately.
- Support Accounts Receivable activity, collections follow-up, and customer account resolution.
- Review contracts, purchase orders, and billing records to verify accuracy.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams to resolve billing questions.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant billing, Accounts Receivable, collections, or accounting support experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to process high-volume billing work with accuracy.
- Experience reviewing invoices, purchase orders, contracts, or related financial documentation.
- Strong written communication skills, especially for client-facing email communication.
- Ability to research discrepancies, follow up on open items, and maintain organized records.
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in an in-office team environment.
- Ability to collaborate with finance, sales, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior billing experience in a legal services, professional services, or client-service-focused environment.
- Strong background in Accounts Receivable and collections.
- Experience supporting month-end billing or accounting close processes.
- Familiarity with billing systems, accounting software, or customer account management tools.
