Billing Specialist – Full-Time | Onsite

An established and fast-growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely work that supports project success.

Key Responsibilities:

-Generate accurate customer invoices based on project documentation, work orders, and service reports
-Review contracts, proposals, and purchase orders to ensure proper billing alignment
-Process job cost data, labor hours, materials, and subcontractor charges
-Research and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
-Communicate with internal teams (project managers, technicians, accounting) to verify billing details
-Maintain billing logs, records, and supporting documentation
-Assist with month-end closing tasks related to billing and revenue reporting
-Provide exceptional customer service when responding to billing-related inquiries

Qualifications:

-Previous billing, accounting, or administrative experience preferred
-Strong attention to detail with high accuracy
-Ability to interpret job documentation and support project-based billing
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general billing software
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Comfortable working with deadlines and multiple priorities
