We are seeking a detail-oriented "Billing Officer" responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the company’s billing processes. This role is essential to guarantee that invoices are generated and delivered on time, while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal departments to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize billing processes and information management to ensure speed and accuracy.
- Implement tracking and control systems to improve data management and service follow-up.
- Review and verify billing information to identify and correct errors.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all billing transactions.
- Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies and respond to billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist executive leadership with administrative tasks related to billing and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
-Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Assistant, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Previous experience in service billing processes.
-Strong communication skills with both internal and external clients.
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sage 50, ServiceChannel or related software.
-Bilingual (English – written and verbal proficiency required).
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and documentation.
