We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Monrovia, CA. The Billing Coordinator will play an important role in processing customer orders, preparing invoices, verifying pricing, and resolving billing discrepancies. Key Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review order details, including customer information, product details, quantities, pricing, and purchase order requirements.
- Prepare and process invoices using QuickBooks, ERP systems, EDI, email, RetailLink, and customer-specific portals.
- Verify invoice accuracy against customer orders, pricing, and shipping documentation.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, rejected invoices, pricing issues, and customer deductions.
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding order status, billing questions, and documentation needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $54,080 to $58,240 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Monrovia, CA.
- Process customer orders and invoices accurately using QuickBooks and internal billing systems.
- Review pricing, purchase orders, shipping documentation, and customer billing requirements.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies, deductions, rejected invoices, and billing inquiries.
- Maintain organized customer, order, EDI, portal, and billing records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in billing, order processing, customer service, distribution, food manufacturing, or a related field preferred, with 3 to 5 years of experience ideal.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, ERP or order management systems, Microsoft Office, EDI platforms, and customer portals.
- Strong data entry skills and 10-key proficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, and basic math skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while collaborating across departments.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
- Experience with RetailLink or similar customer billing portals.
- Background in manufacturing, food manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products.
- Experience handling invoice reconciliation, customer deductions, EDI transactions, and rejected invoice resolution.
