Job Title: Project Billing & Administrative Coordinator

Pay: $24-$25/hr.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to manage project billing and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include tracking job profiles, calculating base costs, generating charges, reviewing proposals, and preparing job files for invoicing. You will be the key person marking projects for completion and ensuring accurate billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage job profiles and proposals
- Calculate base costs and generate charges for PO requests
- Review project scopes to ensure alignment with quotes
- Finalize and close out completed projects
- Prepare job files for invoicing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Intermediate to advanced math skills
- 1–2 years of customer service, billing, or clerical experience
