We’re looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to support our HVAC operations. This role is critical in keeping billing accurate, timely, and aligned with service work completed in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and process invoices for service calls, installs, and maintenance contracts
Verify work orders, labor hours, and parts before billing
Coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and accounting to resolve discrepancies
Manage customer billing inquiries and follow up on outstanding balances
Maintain accurate records in ERP/accounting system
Assist with month-end close and reporting
Qualifications:
2+ years of billing, AR, or accounting support experience (HVAC or construction a plus)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with high-volume invoicing
Experience with QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, or similar systems preferred
Solid communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
