The department consists of two billing clerks, one supervisor, and one receptionist, with billing staff also providing backup coverage for the front desk during lunch periods. Due to upcoming staffing changes—including one employee out on extended maternity leave and another transitioning to a county role—this is a high-priority need with potential for multiple gaps in coverage.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of consistent job stability, strong administrative experience, and billing experience is highly preferred. The client is looking for someone sharp, reliable, and able to work a steady 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule in a fast-paced but structured environment.
