Job Title: Billing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong foundation in accounting, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and support related accounting processes.
Provide outstanding customer service by handling inbound inquiries from clients and carriers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounting contacts.
Manage and learn customer invoicing portals to improve collections and reduce billing discrepancies.
Monitor Accounts Receivable trends to proactively address and prevent past-due invoices.
Perform administrative tasks such as document uploading and retrieval.
Represent the company with professionalism and clear communication via phone and email.
Requirements:
Fully bilingual (English & Spanish).
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–2 years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
At least 1 year of logistics experience preferred.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
