Job Title: Billing Assistant
Location: Readyville, TN (Onsite)
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
A growing and well-established trucking company in Readyville, TN is seeking a Billing Assistant to join their hardworking team. This role is perfect for someone who is confident, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative office environment where flexibility and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and process customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness
Maintain up-to-date billing records and assist with collections efforts
Use Microsoft Excel daily for reporting, tracking, and reconciliation
Work within QuickBooks to support financial processes
Provide backup support to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and other office staff
Jump in where needed to support smooth daily office operations
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required)
Experience with QuickBooks (required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable speaking up and taking initiative
Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
