The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and assisting with related accounting functions.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare and process customer invoices with accuracy and efficiency
-Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies promptly
-Maintain up-to-date billing records and documentation
-Post payments and assist with Accounts Receivable as needed
-Support month-end closing and reporting processes
