We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Biller to join our team on-site near the Florida Mall in Orlando, FL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a competitive starting rate of $25+ per hour, offering the potential for full-time employment after a 520-hour temporary period.
As a Biller, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely billing operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional billing or accounting experience, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities:
Process billing in a timely and accurate manner
Prepare schedules for special billing cycles
Verify that backup documentation aligns with official invoices
Make necessary adjustments to ensure billing accuracy
Distribute invoices through appropriate platforms
Create and issue credit memos when needed
Monitor and follow up on over-budget issues
Collaborate with project managers to resolve billing concerns

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of billing or accounting experience in a professional setting
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently
