About the Role
We’re looking for a Bilingual Spanish Case Manager to support our Workers’ Compensation Attorney/Hearing Representative. You’ll be responsible for managing an assigned caseload of approximately 150–200 cases from intake through settlement.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday in-office training for the first 90 days
After training, enjoy a hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
What You’ll Do
Manage new intake files: initial client contact, verify intake packets, open files in case management software, send representation letters, and coordinate medical appointments
Handle high volume calls and emails from clients, insurance companies, defense counsel, medical providers, and other parties
Medically manage cases by scheduling appointments, obtaining reports, requesting physician changes, and coordinating evaluations (AME/PQME)
Maintain and update case files with medical evidence and correspondence
Review medical reports with attorneys and assist in case development and hearings preparation (summaries, exhibits, medical indexes)
Ensure clients receive all entitled Workers’ Compensation benefits
Complete IMR applications and object to medical reports as needed
Keep accurate, detailed notes and alert Team Lead of any unresponsive defense counsel or adjusters
Maintain open communication to enhance client retention and firm reputation

Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Experience in case management, ideally in Workers’ Compensation or related legal field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle a high volume of communication and multitask efficiently
Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
