Bilingual Warehouse Manager
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to take full ownership of a warehouse operation. You’ll lead the team, drive efficiency, and play a key role in an upcoming system migration to SAP—not just manage day-to-day, but improve how the operation runs.

What You’ll Own:
Full oversight of warehouse operations, staff, and daily workflow
Lead receiving, storage, and shipping to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries
Manage and develop a team of warehouse associates and forklift operators
Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and process control
Ensure safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards are consistently met
Partner cross-functionally to improve customer satisfaction and operational flow
Identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Play a key role in system migration (ERP/SAP environment)
What They’re Looking For:
5+ years of Warehouse Management experience (not lead—true management)
Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and distribution flow
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or system migration exposure is a big plus)
Solid working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
Experience with electronic timekeeping systems
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
Strong leadership presence—someone who can hold a team accountable and lead from the floor
