Bilingual Warehouse Operations Manager (English-Vietnamese)

AppleOne is looking for a natural leader fluent in English and Vietnamese, with at least 3 years of warehouse/inventory management experience. You bring a hands-on leadership style, a sharp eye for organization, and a calm presence under pressure. You're motivated by creating order, developing people, and improving processes that help a business run better every day.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Oversee daily receiving, storage, fulfillment, and returns processes

Maintain a well-organized and optimized warehouse layout

Coordinate transfers between sites and manage logistical workflows

Inventory Management

Ensure accurate records through audits, reconciliations, and reporting

Monitor stock levels and control loss or damage

Team Leadership

Hire, train, and mentor warehouse staff

Set schedules, delegate responsibilities, and promote a collaborative environment

Lead by example in professionalism, respect, and accountability

Safety & Compliance

Enforce all safety protocols and regulatory requirements (OSHA, etc.)

Conduct routine inspections and schedule equipment maintenance

Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment

Process & Performance Optimization

Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency

Track KPIs to assess operational success and make data-driven improvements

Qualifications

3+ years in a warehouse or distribution management role

Strong background in inventory control and logistics

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Fluent in Vietnamese and English

Forklift certification (preferred)

Tech-savvy and comfortable with inventory systems and reporting tools
