We’re looking for a dynamic, bilingual (English/Spanish) Trainer & On-Camera Spokesperson to represent our travel brand and deliver high-quality training content for internal teams, partners, and customers. This role blends instructional expertise with on-camera presence—perfect for someone who loves teaching, presenting, and bringing travel experiences to life.

?? What You’ll Do
Deliver engaging training sessions (live and recorded) for staff, travel partners, and clients

Serve as the on-camera spokesperson for training videos, product walkthroughs, and promotional content

Create clear, accessible training materials, guides, and scripts

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer experience teams to ensure consistent messaging

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, destinations, and company offerings

Support onboarding and ongoing development for internal teams

Ensure training content is accurate, brand-aligned, and culturally relevant in both English and Spanish

?? What We’re Looking For
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

Strong on-camera presence and comfortable presenting to large audiences

Experience in training, education, customer service, or communications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to simplify complex information and keep learners engaged

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with video recording tools, LMS platforms, or content creation is a plus

Travel industry experience is helpful but not required.
