We are seeking a Bilingual Tagalog Receiving Clerk for an opportunity supporting freight forwarding, import-export, and 3PL warehouse operations in the Inglewood, CA area, near El Segundo. The Bilingual Tagalog Receiving Clerk will play an important role in keeping inbound shipments, customer orders, and warehouse inventory organized and accurate. This position offers the opportunity to build on your receiving, warehousing, and logistics experience while supporting client accounts in a fast-paced wholesale trade and import-export environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle, organize, and maintain shipping and receiving paperwork, including bills of lading, packing lists, receiving documents, and related records.
- Enter customer orders, shipment details, and inventory information into GoFreight or similar logistics systems.
- Receive incoming shipments, check in products from drivers, verify quantities, and report discrepancies.
- Organize warehouse products and inventory by client account to support accurate 3PL operations and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and office personnel to ensure timely, accurate order processing and inventory control.
- Support general logistics, warehouse administration, labeling, documentation, and receiving-related tasks as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $55,000 per year.
- Location: Inglewood, CA.
- Forklift operation will be required after becoming permanent.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Receive, check in, verify, and document incoming shipments.
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
- Enter shipment, order, and inventory data into logistics systems.
- Support warehouse organization, client inventory control, and 3PL order fulfillment.

- Bilingual in Tagalog and English.
- 2 to 3 years of receiving experience required, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, warehouse, import-export, or 3PL environments.
- Experience handling shipping and receiving paperwork with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
- Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep inventory, labels, and documentation accurate and orderly.
- Good communication, teamwork, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift boxes as needed.
- Willingness and ability to operate a forklift after becoming permanent.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using warehouse management systems or logistics software.
- Experience with GoFreight.
- Familiarity with shipping documents such as BOLs, packing lists, receiving documents, and inventory records.
- Prior experience supporting freight forwarding, import-export, or third-party logistics operations.
