Bilingual Spanish Support Agent
Location: Huntington Beach
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $24–$28 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday (one-hour lunch)
Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable Support Agent with strong technical aptitude and the ability to work across multiple systems and screens simultaneously. Candidates who have experience in customer service or sales roles involving device setup, activations, or service enrollments typically transition very well into this role.
Daily Responsibilities:
Answer inbound support and sales calls, and make outbound calls as needed
Assist with client activations and enrollment
Accurately complete tasks and close support cases
Handle complaints and challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism
Provide technical support for company products and services Communicate with credit, sales, shipping, and other internal teams to ensure timely service
Maintain strong customer satisfaction and deliver consistent, high-quality support
Required Qualifications:
Reliable and able to complete work accurately and on time
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
Clear verbal and written communication with leaders, colleagues, and customers
Proven commitment to excellent customer care
Strong attention to detail
Solid technical skills; comfortable navigating multiple systems with 2–3 monitors
