Highly regarded Manufacturing Co. is actively interviewing for bilingual Spanish Recruiter that will assist with recruitment, training, and development. As the selected team member to this great hr team you will collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.Develop and execute recruitment strategies across factory and office locations. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both hourly and salaried positions.
Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process—offer negotiation, background checks, onboarding.Support diversity hiring, high-volume staffing (shift roles), and seasonal ramp-up needs. A demonstrated track record in recruitment/training is highly desired for this role. Actively interviewing for this fantastic career role.
