We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Recruiter to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial sourcing to final hire—ensuring we bring on the best talent to support our non-profit initiatives. The Keys to Success: Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in Spanish and English is required. Mission-Driven Background: Experience working within or for non-profit organizations preferred but not required. Recruitment Mastery: Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing. Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with ADP for payroll or HRIS management. What You’ll Do: Partner: Collaborate with department managers to define specific hiring needs and draft "perfect fit" job specifications. Source: Execute creative sourcing strategies and manage job postings across multiple platforms. Screen: Facilitate the hiring funnel by reviewing applications, administering skills testing, and conducting interviews. Execute: Ensure a seamless transition from candidate to new hire by maintaining meticulous logs and monitoring the applicant journey. Qualifications: 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on recruiting and onboarding. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or Communications (Advanced degree preferred). Strong reasoning and interpersonal skills to navigate a competitive job market.
