Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Receptionist for a contract opportunity in Las Vegas, NV within a busy residential and commercial construction office environment. The Bilingual Spanish Receptionist will be the first point of contact for callers and visitors, helping create a welcoming and professional experience at the front counter. This position offers the opportunity to get comfortable with phone coverage first, then gradually take on additional administrative duties such as invoice matching, computer-based work, and filing. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Greet and assist visitors and customers at the front counter.
- Provide bilingual English and Spanish support for callers, visitors, and internal team members.
- Match invoices and support basic administrative processing.
- Perform computer-based clerical tasks, data entry, and document handling.
- Maintain organized files and assist with general office support in a busy environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $19.00 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Answer busy phone lines and route calls accurately.

- Support invoice matching, filing, and basic computer-based administrative tasks.
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills required.
- 3 to 5 years of administrative, receptionist, front desk, or clerical experience preferred based on experience level provided.
- Comfortable working in a busy office environment with frequent phone and visitor interaction.
- Basic computer skills for office tasks, invoice support, and document handling.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and ability to follow business casual dress expectations.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to learn additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or administrative support experience in construction, residential services, commercial office, or a related industry.
- Experience assisting customers at a front counter or high-traffic reception area.
- Familiarity with invoice matching, filing systems, and general office procedures.
